SO LET'S DO A MEME THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME. From badbookworm && skybard: Reply to this meme by yelling "Words!" and I will give you five words that remind me of you. Then post them in your LJ and explain what they mean to you; or in an comment format. Or if you really so choose: not at all. The not at all will maek me cry … you don’t want that, do you? . . .

we know, lucius, we know 8DDDDDDD

some of these icons are mine, some are not. lemme know if you take any, kthx.

1. COUNTRY
idk what you had in mind, skybard but here’s what *I* thought?

I went to 7 countries in Europe in the summer of 2004, of which all 7 were in Western Europe. SADLY, you cans nawt see Liechtenstein on that map, but yeahhhhh~

OR

THESE TWO NAMES MADE IT BIG AND ARE LIKELY MY MOST FAV COUNTRY MUSIC ARTISTS

2. FILMS

OMGUNF. THERE ARE TOO MANY TO TELL OF WHAT I LIKE/LOATHE/MOAR THAN LOVE, so here’s 5:

1: 1939. VICTOR FLEMING. TWOZ. THE EPIC MOVIE THAT I RECALL SEEING AS A CHILD. RAY BOLGER = FTW

2: 1973. DOUGLAS HICKOX. VINCENT PRICE. THEATRE OF BLOOD. WIN. WIN. WIN. WIN.

3: 1952. STANLEY DONEN & GENE KELLY. FIRST MUSICAL BEFORE I CONSIDERED TWOZ ONE. SINGIN IN THE RAIN. THE EPITOME OF GENE KELLY-NESS. WHO ELSE COULD MAKE DANCING IN RAIN A WIN?

4: 1991. NICHOLAS MEYER. STAR TREK VI: THE UNDISCOVERED COUNTRY. THE LAST TIME WE HAVE THE TOS CREW ALL TOGETHER, WORKING AS A TEAM AND IT LEAVES OUR HEARTS FEELINGS SOMEHOW RELIEVED AND HAPPY. THEN AGAIN, ST: 2-4 DOES THAT TOO.

5: TIE-BREAKER. 1975 & 1981. JIM SHARMAN & RICHARD O’BRIEN. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THESE, YOU FAIL AT NOT KNOWING, BUT I WILL GIVE YOU THE NAMES: ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW & SHOCK TREATMENT. THE MUSIC ALONE MAKES IT WIN FOR LIFE. THE LINES AND CHARACTERS LIVE FOREVER.

HONORABLE MENTIONS: 2007’S HOT FUZZ (“THIS. REALLY. HURTS.” lol love you MR. dalton) & 2004’S SHAUN OF THE DEAD (THESE TWO GET TO GO FIRST, SORRY FOLKS); THE DARK KNIGHT: duh; THE STEPHEN KING MINISERIES THE SHINING/KINGDOM HOSPITAL/STORM OF THE CENTURY, THE LOTR SERIES, AND PROBABLY A CRAP LOAD MOAR. OF WHICH WILL INCLUDE MOST OF TIM BURTON’S WORKZ PLZ.

3. MUSIC
CURRENTLY SMITTEN WITH: LA ROUX (thanks to DANCING WITH THE STARS and evan lysacek dancing to it = WIN); MUSICALS, OF WHICH INCLUDE RENT ARE A LOVE (GLEE IS INCLUDED IN THIS!); MOVIE SOUNDTRACKS (PRINCESS AND THE FROG ATM); COLDPLAY+FEE = WIN; THEN TOBY MAC / CHRIS TOMLIN, ETC CHRISTIAN ARTISTS = WIN TOO.

4. TRELANE
skybard, YOU REALLY LIEK GIVING ME HIM. =3
ALL RIGHT, SO HERE'S THE DEAL: EVERYONE LIKES, FOR THE MAJORITY PART, ALL THE MAIN CAST OF TOS, SO I CAN'T TAKE 'EM. SO, WHO WILL I TAKE? THAT'S RITE.
(needed that icon really) I TAKE WILLIAM CAMPBELL'S NEFARIOUSLY ANNOYING TRELANE, SQUIRE OF GOTHOS. AKA THE FIRST Q IN THE TREK REALM. SO NATURALLY, I LOVE Q'S NOW AND WELL, THEY MAY BE VILLAINS TO SOME, BUT THEY NEED LOVE TOO. TRELANE, THOUGH, IS A PAIN IN THE @$$ IN "Q-SQUARED" AND MAEKS ME GO ;~; ... read that sometime, y/y?

5. BOOKS

I HAVE TOO OH TOO MANY ONCE AGAIN, BUT I SHALL TELL YOU OF FIVE, BUT YOU MAY ASK IF YOU WISH TO KNOW MOAR:

1. (since it didn't maek the movie list)
LOTR SERIES, WHICH WILL INCLUDE THE HOBBIT KTHX, BY JRR TOLKIEN.
if i have to explain, pls go educate yourself so i don't choke you.

(NOT ENOUGH ICONAGE SOOOO)
2. (since it didn't maek the movie list either)
DRACULA: BRAM STOKER (the original, but be warned: tis in journal format)

DRACULA ASYLUM (which follows moar on the 1931 UNIVERSAL MOVIE): PAUL WITMAN
it's great and hey, former charries return, of which one still makes me go: OMGNOWAI

DRACULA, THE UN-DEAD: DACRE STOKER (stoker's great nephew) WITH IAN HOLT
recently read this and he gives justice to his uncle's original tale of terror. after all, it's better than reading about sparkly things, hm?

3. (made honorable mention sooooo~)
THE SHINING, STEPHEN KING
do i need to explain? if so, here's the gist: family goes to hotel!haunted and demons make daddy do mean things. that's why alcoholism (and i mean this seriously, kay?) really make life a living hell for alcoholics.

4.
ALICE IN WONDERLAND / ALICE THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS, LEWIS CARROLL
I RECALL READING THIS AT AN EARLY AGE SO YEAH, I LOVE IT NATURALLY. AND YES, PEOPLE, IT'S NOT ALL GLITTERY GLAMOROUS GLITZ. WHY DO YOU THINK THAT. NOT YOU ALL, OTHERS. THAT'S WAI AMESES DID NOT LOVE THOSE WHO THO'T AiW IS ALL INNOCENT AND CUTESY. THE ORIGINAL DISNEY MOVIE WAS, THE NEW ONE IS NOT AS IS 1999 AND 1985. DO RESEARCH AND HEY, JUST IN CASE YOU NEED A GOOD READ UP ON A POV OF THE REAL ALICE IS THIS: "ALICE I HAVE BEEN" -- WIN.

(don't need icons or pics kay?)
5.
HARRY POTTER 6 & 7, JK ROWLING
I know not everyone is a HP fan, but I truly believe 6 & DEFINITELY 7 were the best of the entire series. 7 remains the one that makes me cry when you know, Harry sees Sirius/Remus/MUM+DAD. WAI, you ask? Because when my grandfather died a few months before it came out, the line about death and how it's all like sleeping made Ameses cry.

AND SINCE YOU WERE SO CHARMING, PEOPLE:

VINCENT PRICE AND I POUR YOU MOONBEAMS AND SUCH. YAYYYYYYY 8D

nao someone go tell that little kid behind me "shhh, this be a library, not a zoo"

hope all of you are doing well ^o^ love you too

and on serious but kinda lol moment?

that airplane crash where that one boy survived in tripoli and such? i feel bad for him but i looked at my dad and said "I FEEL FOR HIM, I really do, buuuuuuuut . . . . the ISLAND says (DOOM VOICE) 'YOU CAN NEVER FLY OVER HERE! DIDN'T YOU LEARN FROM OCEANIC 815? GUH.'" He smiled and that's why, friends, that's all Ames ever needed to learn from LOST. YOU DO NOT (REPEAT DO NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT) MAEK THE ISLAND MAD.

LAST THING:

CAN WE PLS GO BACK TO LOVING EACH OTHER? SAD!WALTER MAEKS US ALL SAD. WE WANT HAPPEH WALTER NOW. ... NOW. >83
