Florida Part 2
Well People I finally got my other set of pictures back from Florida. Some of them just turned out real crappy. I came to the conclusion I love digital better then throw away camera's. LMAO
So much is going on....so I am not really going to write down in detail of everything else that happened from when I last left off. I am tryin to get caught up on bills. Me and mermaidariel started a new community wishful_icons and I am working on the graphics from there. I have to email out the florida pics to Ben's family...lol yea like they really care anyway, but u kill meanness with kidness so that is why I am doin that. So yea just everything rounding up the week into a busy one. But I will show you the other pics we got back and let you know what went on in a nutshell.
-these 2 pics are outside a store called Alvin's Island. They have a big gator farm there and it is so cool to see all these animals but of course behind a glass wall. LMAO
-after we went to Alvin's Island my dad wanted to take Gabe go-cart riding. I am tellin y'all this made the little buddy's year. He was so excited about it. Ben was in the car behind him, but of course that pic didn't come out. After they got done riding all Gabe could talk about was Paw-Paw drive fasts. lol It was too cute. We went again later on in the week..and once again these pics didn't come out well either. Gabe the second time was layin down in the car and u could barely see him. When he was gettin out...people were crackin up cause they did't know Gabe was in there. Also the second night we went go-cart riding I took Gabe on the bumper boats. LMAO If you know me at all..SUE...then you know I hate these things cause I was always afraid I weighed to much and would make them sink. But I wanted to take Gabe on it. Ben in another boat. Gabe was squirting Ben with the water and I was just having a ball.
After the first night at the go-cart place we went to get some ice-cream at Dippin Dots.
-Gabe loved it. If you never had a dippin dot let me explain. They are little tiny balls of ice cream. Frozen better then reg. ice cream. If I can think of anything they look like are little tiny moth balls. But I have to admit this is the best ice-cream in the world. It is so different.
-Ben and Gabe buildin sand castles again
-it was so weird down there this time. Alot of the people that were stayin there were Katrina Evacuees. They hotels down there were fillin up with them. And the sad thing about it was the goverment wasn't helpin these people who own these hotels...the people who lived in Panama City were donating money and time to keep these rooms up for the families. The plane you see in the above pic was an everyday thing. Sometimes up 2 5 times a day a military plane with the red cross logo would ride by commin back and forth. This one was extremley low so I snapped a photo. The whole situation made me sad. But I still pray for these people and the ones dealin with Rita right now. And I know in my heart God will take care of them. It is not us to question but to have hope.
-pool pictures. I know u may be askin why is gabe turned backwards in the float? LOL HE thought that was the way to sit. He used the head rest as a steerin wheel. LOL And sang the big red car song from the wiggles as we pushed him in the water. He did real well with kickin his own feet. He wanted to be a big boy and do it by himself, but of course mommy..lol was to scared. LMAO
Last day at the beach pictures. =o(
-I know Sue will get a kick out of my dad in this one. Him with his John Deere hat I bought him the night before. lol
The next 2 are when we went out on the last night we were there. After we ate at Pineapple Willy's for dinner. And talk about yummy food!
-we were standin in a sharks mouth. LOL I wish they would of turned out good cause there are the only pics Gabe wanted to really take.
-don't you just love my dad with BLUE. lol him and Gabe got a thing goin that when dad comes around Gabe....Gabe always gives him Blue. He thinks paw-paw needs it.
And I round off the final florida update with one last sunset picture.
I love this place so much that everytime I go down there I try to concock up ways to allow me to live down there. It is gettin worse everytime I visit PCB. It is not just about the beach for me. It is about the whole enviorment. THe laid back people, the palm trees and tropical settin and of course the gulf and white sand don't hurt either. Me and Ben got to talkin this time and we are going to slowly start to look for land down there. If not just land but maybe a house or something. Something we can fix up and go at our own rate. I am not talkin about buyin directly on the beach or even across the street...few blocks away would be fine with me. The only way I can live on the beach is if I had a million to just through away. And that wouldn't be a bad thing to toss it on. lol But me and him are goin to look for things and maybe one day something will come up. I can always dream....can't I?
