Korra/YJ Squee Post!
It's late! XD
First, Korra.
- Again, Tenzin's family are cute.
- Tenzin/Pema/Unknown love triangle?! Could this be why Lin Beifong seems so pissed at him? XD
- Ikki's love advice is the best nonsensical thing I've heard in my life.
- Horrible, horrible love advice given how Korra is so world-naive.
- Mako does like Korra, but doesn't see her as girlfriend material? So this stuff exists even in the Avatar world. XD
- Bolin is so sweet, and thus probably won't get the girl. I'd like this ship to work out, if only cos he likes everything about her, even the stuff that would exclude her from being girlfriend material. But Korra doesn't see him that way, what can we do?
- Burping scene was awesome.
- Oh Korra! :( Coming between two bros makes me uncomfortable, but it's not like she did it on purpose.
- They kissed! Ruh Roh.
- LMAO! I wanted to cuddle him, but Bolin's epic run away crying was the funniest part of the episode.
- Everyone's extremely honest about their feelings in this episode. It makes a nice change, but also left me with lots of second hand embarrassment.
- LOL @ Pabu eating too much and having to slide away.
- I could've sworn Tahno's voice actor was Michael Rosenbaum (it wasn't). Fail!
- Aww, Korra learned healing from Katara. This makes me all smiley, I dunno why.
- Not much on the anti-bending movement this week. Lots of character development though!
- The fandom may have exploded during this episode, but I was too high on Avengers to dare to take a look. XD
- And, during the course of this episode, I got extremely depressed when I realised Aang never got to meet any of Tenzin's kids. Given how much they're like him, I was sad all over the place. ;_;
And YJ, which was less squee worthy this week.
- We found out that Superboy broke up with M'gann cos he didn't want to hold her back in life.
- We also found out that Superboy can't age. :( Saaad! I can't remember, but I think this may have been a problem for him in the original comic book too.
- Beast Boy's mother was killed by Queen Bee, which is why he's with YJ. :(
- There's something up with M'gann and her using her telepathy. Superboy reacted negatively to it both times she used it in this episode. She lobotomised one of those Saibamen-esque aliens too! :O Damn girl!
- WE STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO ARTEMIS, WALLY AND KALDUR! *weeps*
- M'gann knows what the JL did that banned them from Rann. We still don't.
- Yeah, not much happened in this ep! XD
