The June issue of Shueisha's Jump Square magazine is announcing on Thursday that production on a new Rurouni Kenshin anime project has been green-lit. More information will be provided in future issues of Jump Square.
Obviously, we don't know what will be animated. It might be another OVA (I didn't like the OVAs so I kinda hope not), or a movie. I hope it's a series though. It's been years since the previous one, so I don't know if they'll animate just the last arc. Or if they'll do that arc at all. I hope so, I really wanted to see it animated.
