Yay! :D (And, wtf/actually I'm not that surprised)
My Beauty and the Beast DVD came over the weekend! :D Watched it, still love it. They cleaned up the DVD really well, better than the 2002 edition (which I didn't get, lol). Gaston is definitely more enjoyable now that I'm grown up, I really hated him as a kid. XD There was a lot of subtle stuff and background stuff that I never picked up on. Alan Menken's music for this movie still rocks my socks off.
BUT I NEED A BLURAY PLAYER SO I CAN GEEK OUT WATCHING THE EXTRAS! ;_; The DVD ain't got jack!
DANTE BASCO'S DOING A VOICE FOR THE SHOW!! :D He said he was very surprised to see what character he was voicing. BUT YAY!!! Oblig:
And some stuff for another movie that should not be made: Akira.
They're still doing this movie. XD I don't know why, they should just let it go. But apparently, Zac Efron and Morgan Freeman have been cast/are in talks to join the movie. Now, I love Morgan Freeman and I think if he finds the right roles, Zac Efron has the potential to be a really good actor. He's already a lot better than most American actors his age. But still, no. Put it down, back away. Hollywood, you've already ruined too much stuff. Just like with The Last Airbender and the Dragon Ball movie, it looks like the Internet has already predicted what the movie will be like before it's even been made:
