I've had a little three day hiatus from the kit due to some kind of evil virus in my throat that makes me cough up blood on occasion (ew)
Lately I've been really eager to record, but my time in the studio was a flop because Ian flaked out. I guess I can find comfort in knowing that some things don't change.
I'm getting some recording equipment so that I can hopefully get some creative work done. I'm involved in way too many musical projects that I'm less than enthusiastic about, and it's not leaving me any time for the ones that I'm super-excited about.
So next time, before you ask:
No, I won't be in your silly little band without pay.
No, you're not a rock 'n roll messiah.
No, I will not produce your stupid rap album for free.
No, people don't think you're innovative or edgy.
No, I won't be your significant other.
No, I don't think reggae is awesome.
