We ate at the sushi place today. I, apparently, have sushi-dar. I picked the three best items on the menu without knowing that they were the three best items on the menu. How exciting. The sushi chefs were very impressed.
The crowning glory of the entire evening was the Ama Ebi, sweet shrimp tails on rice balls with a wasabi surprise. Those were okay. The best part of that dish was the shrimp heads, which had been flash fried with eel sauce inside, which sounds and looks disgusting but was actually quite tasty.
Anyway. Working on my speedrent entry now, since the writer's block has been broken a trillion times over. For that, I can only thank Freshie.
