Josh and I
"I can honestly say that today was amazing." I spoke to Josh once we got back to my apartment. "I think we should go to the movies more often."
"Yeah definitely." Josh answered peering around the corner into the kitchen. "I'm hungry do you have anything good to eat."
"Good to eat or good for you to eat." I said to Josh with a smile pinned to my face as he laughed at me.
"Do you have anything that tastes delicious and is super easy to make?" He said again still laughing and grinning in my direction.
"Yes, yes I do."
"Well what is it?" Josh questioned impatiently.
"Go sit in the living room and I will bring it to you." I replied and nudged him into the other room.
I had made him some waffles. He had always loved waffles and I knew that Josh wouldn't ever take an offer for some good waffles down.
"Thanks Gee" He insisted on saying so spitefully that I almost didn't recognize the Josh I was seeing or hearing.
"No problem" I said as I hugged him cheerfully.
