New Foster Dog
Meet Daytona. This little guy was a stray. He's heartworm positive. He's coming to stay at my house while he gets treated for the heartworms. I met him last Saturday, he's soooo awesome!
I'm wondering if they could have picked a dog that looks any more like my Joe:
We also adopted a cat on Sunday. She was an owner surrender. The family had a baby and didn't feel like they could take care of the cat too (seriously?!). Her name is Cupcake, but we've decided to call her Cici. I absolutely LOVE her. And no, that's not my awful bedspread. She was fostered for a bit while recovering from a Upper Respiratory Infection.
For those keeping score, that's 2 dogs and 2 cats that are permanent members of our family, plus the foster dog.
