I didn't post yesterday because I didn't think I would feel THAT good if I posted.
For some reason, I only post when I feel slacker/happy.
Anyhow.
We got a free period of math.
I don't know how or why, we just did.
Yay for slackerlyness. (yay for made-up suffixes, too)
=O
So for Filpino, we had PE (whuuutt?)
PE was pretty good, because, Dana and company cleaned up our dance by helping us lock/straighten our arms and whatnot.
However, we might have to change the song.
D8
But it isn't Tambourine.
8D
Well, changing the second song will be a bit healthier for the people just learning the dance.
If we change Tambourine, then it'll feel like erasing all the progress we made (even if I didn't progress that much).
So we had recess, and we went downstairs to watch the grade school in their reading parade-thing.
This year, in the primary levels, you could be one of the following:
-A princess (more likely a Disney-originated one)
-A High School Musical character (that little Sharpay was the best HSM costume, being pink and shiny and all)
-Hannah Montana (wigless or not, the best ones wore a lot glittery things)
- A female character that didn't gain initial popularity through non-print media (Nancy Drew, Eloise, etc.)
-Expensive/homemade/very original costume (The Barbie doll in a box, Spongebob, any Star Wars characters, etc.)
No Lemonys in sight, though.
*sigh*
Maybe the grade 7 had some, I just didn't get to see.
I'm happy that high school doesn't have a reading parade-thing-o.
Because I would be Lemony again, because Lemony rocks.
Also because if I was my favorite book character, it wouldn't change from Lemony to someone else.
Lemony is Lemony and Lemony is my favorite, last year, this year and hopefully, until a librarian asks me if I've been good to my mother. Or until I die.
Oh.
I gave Amanda a Sebald code.
I made it up, so a lot of it went wrong.
So I corrected it.
And she got the code.

So after recess, we had double lit.
I was very vocal today.
I guess because I sat next to Nina/in front of Eliana/diagonally from Mapa.
They're a pretty vocal bunch.
(lecture-vocal, I mean)
SS: We had a quiz. I got 8/10 even though I really didn't study.
I had KFC for lunch, yaaaaay.
with non-KFC mashed potatoes.
Homeroom was free, because Ms. Michelle was with I-2
But we had to discuss our costume for Intrams.
But Nina and I just saaaaaaaang.
Circle of Life FTW.
We had clubs.
I love fACets.
We learned about feature writing today, and I learned Charlie's full name.
Then we had to write travelogues.
I wrote about New York, but I didn't finish.
But, really, my first paragraph was just song lyrics+New York associated terms.
I really like the OTHER song about New York.
The one from the musical "On The Town".
New York, New York / A helluva town
The Bronx is up / But the Battery's down
The people ride through a hole in the ground
New York, New York / It's a helluva toooooown
*clapclapclap*
Roger: I say Gertrude, that was a marvelously composed song!
Gertrude: Well, Roger, that is the magic of Leonard Bernstein!
LOL.
Roger and Gertrude FTW.
