I JUST WOKE UP LEGIT LIKE 5 MINUTES AGO BUT I HAD AN AWESOME DREAM AND I NEED TO WRITE ABOUT IT.
okay. So I was back in China, and it was day time and we were hanging out by the harbor somewhere, I don't know where it was. I don't remember seeing my actual delegation there, though, I saw kids I know normally and then the LA delegation. But the LA kids weren't actually humans...I mean they looked like them but they were actually giant robots that were designed to help people. Only me and a few other people knew that, I guess.
So we were hanging out in a group, it was me, Anna (haha), and this kid from the LA group. We were talking and it was really great, though Anna didn't know about the robot thing. I kept bringing it up to the LA kid and he didn't seem to mind, then I just remember asking him "when you transform...do your emotions change?" and he was like "yeah, they do..." and it was kinda weird and philosophical and sad.
All of a sudden where we are clicks, and I realize that this is exactly like an episode of the Powerpuff Girls (in my dream, at least), so I start running around telling everyone and I tell the LA kid I was hanging out with and he just sighed and said "I know." so we were just kinda waiting around for the danger to start happening so they would save us.
eventually we saw a helicopter...it was crashing into where we were, so I just looked at him and he nodded and was like "it's time" haha. so him and the other LA kids transformed into robots and got up and stopped the helicopter from crashing. then they transformed back into humans and we were all OMG THANKS. then I remember anna talking to him before the LA kids left, and then she wouldn't tell me what he said (even though it was something about me, obv).
okay, tragic love story over.
so we were leaving, I guess to head back home? even though we didn't need to fly, we just had to drive there, it was weird. I remeber going into this little shack where all our stuff was, packing my back, and fighting with this kid jared over batteries, haha.
so we got home and I ended up at...kang's house? though it wasn't really kang's house, but in my dream it was. we were all sitting around in this big room and it was me and robin, kang was in the kitchen cooking I think. I was telling her about the thing that happened to me and she was like "that's just like an episode of the powerpuff girls!" haha. the room was kinda messy and I guess there were these things hidden around the room that were like chains dangling from the ceiling with disney princesses attached to them, and if you found them it was really significant...I found one, it had cinderella and prince charming dancing, and I looked over at Robin and she was like HOLY SHIT
then I walked down the street (for some reason kang's house was on the same street as mine) to my house, and it was about 6ish at night. so I get in there, my brother has one of his friends sleeping over, and my mom goes "gabbie, I invited some of your friends to sleep over, too." IT WAS JAKE AND AMIR AND SARAH, FUCK YEAH! we just went on the computer and laughed and hung out, it was awesome. me and sarah slept in my room, my brother and his friend slept in my bro's room, and jake and amir slept in the basement. lmao. I remember telling sarah about the robot thing and she was like "THAT'S JUST LIKE AN EPISODE OF THE POWERPUFF GIRLS"
some part of the dream was about columbia (the college) too, but I think it was just jake and amir and sarah talking about it.
gah that was the best dream I've had in a long while.
I had another china/collegehumor related dream about a week ago...I was back in China (AGAIN) and we were working on this mountainside doing stuff, and we all got assigned to random groups. well I got to work with JAKE, AMIR, AND STREETER, WHY IS MY LIFE SO AWESOME. we were sitting in this big room that looked like a room from a convention center, just with restaurant-esque booths set up in it. we were sitting like this

and me and jake were making jokes and laughing and talking THE WHOLE TIME and occasionally streeter would jump in and laugh but amir just kept getting annoyed since he was trying to do work on his laptop, haha. we went outside and the same thing happened. we went back inside and dan gurewitch was sitting with us now, along with some random girl I know from school. we had to interview this lady that was some big head of a corporation...she looked like medusa. she had what looked like green yarn coming out of her head with green olives on the end of it, and these metallic things that kinda looked like snakes. she was nice though.
then I woke up.
weird shit, man. school starts in 6 days. haha fuck.
i haven't done much recently since I've been inside doing SUMMER WORK FUCK
only 1 book and 1 1/2 chapters of apush left. I can do itttt.
i wanna intern at collegehumor when I'm in college.
