NEED2POSTQUICKLY.
I meant to make a post yesterday but I never got around to it. Bah, oh well. :) It's 8:03 AM and the only reason I'm up is the fact that my mom forgot to turn some of the clocks back. So when she woke me up, she thought it was 8:45 but it was 7:45. Oh well, haha. I'm using this time to GET MY HISTORY ESSAY DONE!
...but in actuality, write in livejournal and then try not to procrastinate.
First off I want to write about HALLOWEEN! Which was mad fun. I went trick-or-treating as MISTY with my brother and my dad for a bit since they wanted to walk me to Robin's. When I got to her house, a bunch of Asian Batmans greeted me (haha) and I went out with Robin and Kang. Robin was my partner ASH and we ended up spending lots of time talking in our stupid voices, haha. Kang was this masked killer thing and it was really cool. She had a knife and a black rose...lol.
Eventually we met up with Tal, her sister, and her parents who had driven to our neck of the woods. Tal was a Kung Fu Panda! Not The Kung Fu Panda, but she had an ADORABLE panda mask and a pair of nunchuks. We all trick-or-treated for a bit, then headed back to Tal's where we traded candy and met up with Renee. All of us + Tal's sis had a blast. I have so many crunch bars now.
But yeah. It's November. That feels absolutely crazy. The quarter ends this week and I'm a bit nervous, but not totally. I know for a fact I have an A- in chem, HOPEFULLY a B in Algebra, depending how I did on that test, probably a B in WHAP, and maybe an A in English? Please? I got an A on my Antigone essay I handed in the other day, and she made NO revisions to it. I was souptttt. My only complaint about my English class this year is the fact that I don't feel like I'm learning enough, which isn't good since English is the area I most want to go into. At the moment, at least. Bah, at least I get a chance to chill for a period since it's a super easy class. :)
The fact that I'm going to college in a few years is scary. I don't know why I'm thinking about it now but the thought's been hitting me a lot recently. Bahdsdflgsdfjklg.
Today I'm going to the People to People meeting...for China. I heard my mom talking on the phone and she said that she wants me to go. I really really wanna go. I had an opportunity to go to China last summer that I didn't take and this time I think I need to go. I'm so excited. :D I don't care what people say about how "it's just a tourist experience" and "it's stupid" and everything. I love to travel and I've barely been out of this country. I went to the Bahamas two summers ago and that place is completely Americanized. I'm going to China and it's gonna be grand.
Well I think I'm done now, I'm most likely not going to finish my essay this morning, haha. I've already checked livejournal and postsecret and...wow I love Sundays, just for postsecret. I've been getting into postsecret these past few weeks and all of the postcards really touch me, even if I can't relate to all of them. I really wanna send one in. I've had a few secrets in mind for a while now but I just don't know if I should or not...or if they're good enough.
Robin totally sent me Where You Want To Be yesterday. She is fantastic. Although I'm not gonna open the zip folder until MY IMAC GETS FIXED SLKHSNHDFHFH. HOPEFULLY THAT WILL HAPPEN THIS WEEK.
