I miss my music and my pals

At the last party I played at, some drunk person broke both of my needles. Needles are pretty expensive, and haven't really been on my list of "to get" things lately... I've been spending too much money on the weekends (not to mention my tattoo) and neglecting my vinyl. I'm really upset about this, as I got a request to play a party Halloween weekend and currently have no needles, so vinyl is out of the question. I don't have a digital way to mix music either (ahem, yet) so that sucks as well. Not only that, but I finally got beatport to work on my computer, and I have already found so many new albums I want to purchase: Gabriel Ananda's Coconut Blues contains two of the best tracks I have ever heard, and I keep getting Babypunk stuck in my head. Sigh, it looks like this weekend is time for youtube mixing again, how lame =[ It sucks being broke so bad.

I have so much shit to do before I can even begin to enjoy Halloween. I have two exams this week (one I just finished, thank god) and a comparitive book report due Thursday on two books I didn't even finish. I feel pretty stressed, but I'm sure this weekend is going to be worth the long, hard wait.

I really miss Jess, Cody, Tim, Matt, Ryan, Sean and Camille, Adam, Rick, and everyone else I used to regularly see in the summer. I espically miss Jess, and phone calls just aren't the same when you're away from your best friend. I love my friends at State, but I just have a longing to be with my oldytime pals around Halloween, and I'm real upset that Jess and Cody aren't going to be able to make it up here, but once again, that's what happens when you're broke =[
