My brit friends mentioned this to me a few weeks back. I own the greatest hits album and it's certainly a fave.

What if they went TOTALLY old school and brought back Gabriel?

I was a big fan of the "I can't dance" song and album. I had the tape back in the day, as well as "invisible touch".

My enjoyment of terribly cheesy pop music began early, apparently.

I don't see Phil Collins sharing the spotlight with Pete. Phil seems to think he's God's gift to the music world, and I forsee a power struggle. But I would love to see Peter Gabriel (even though he steals music from Africans and makes money off it, and is a big force in the "World Music" market - which ain't so popular with ethnomusicologists)

When I was 10 I begged my parents to take me to a Genesis concert and they wouldn't do it. Now's my chance.

Ha, the "I Can't Dance" tape was one of the first tapes I ever owned.

And South Park has made fun of Phil Collins one too many times for me to ever look at him again without laughing.
