Gaara's Phone Info
Gaara does have a phone, though he rarely uses it. He's not the talking type, and he's horrible at texting. He does not appreciate receiving stupid text, picture, and/or voice messages, as well as calls. He usually leaves his phone on "Vibrate" at all times, though it's not unlikely for him to either switch it off entirely or put it on "Silent". His call/message-back ratio is about 10-15%. Don't take it personally. You should, but don't. It won't get you anywhere.
Oh, and Rock Lee is forbidden from sending him any form of message whatsoever. It's for the sake of Gaara's sanity.
To leave a voice mail, write VOICE MAIL in the subject line, then write out your message in IC.
To leave a text message, write TEXT in the subject line, then write out your text.
To leave a picture message, write PICTURE TEXT in the subject line, and link your photo in your entry.
To send a call, write INCOMING CALL, and write out your IC response.
