Carl informed me that he has to work on Saturday night. I have to call Donna and find out if she really meant for us to come over on Saturday or if she meant Sunday and said Saturday (this would not be a first). If she insists that I come down on Saturday, I may go on my own.
All of the cats are sick. They all sneeze constantly. When they're not sneezing, they're blowing air through their noses in an attempt to clear them out. It's not really working. When they're not attempting to clear their noses, they're sleeping. The nice news is, the house is very quiet. No one hisses at anyone else, no one cries for food. It's so blissfully quiet. The worst thing that happens is that I'll sometimes see Wally at his food dish crying, soundlessly, with a pathetic look on his face, about a half hour after he's eaten. Having a cold makes him very hungry, it would seem.
Carl has the same cold as the cats, again. He's only a little miserable. Thankfully, they've been letting him out of work early everyday, so he gets to come home and sleep. The problem has been waking him up.
I really need to get groceries tonight. I want a few other things, but we'll see if I get around to them today.
Not much else going on here today. Be good!
