Weekly Request Post
Alright, the weekly request post is here. Sorry for it being late, we'll be more on top of things now with the holidays out of the way.
And I have pre-dated the post so that it will stay at the top of the community posts until next week, in which you will find a new post.
Makers : If you like fufilling requests, please check this post and help fill the requests.
Requesters : Be nice about your requests. You need to provide as much detail as possible. And to help simplify things, there is a form for you to fill out below. Please try to fill as much of it out as possible.

And sorry about the other requests posts as a result of this not being here this week, or easily found that members have made. After their requests are filled I will delete those from the community. I hope that they haven't clogged up your friends pages too badly, if so, I appologize.
