Amazing chapter. Loved all of it but since I'm a crazy obsessed maddison fan. lol. Mark talking about kids, plural, was all kinds of perfection. I love sweet, sensitive Mark.

Thanks!!!

In this fic we'll find out a little bit of something about his childhood that will illustrate why the abortion hurt Mark so much.

So, look for that. ;)

I'm glad you like it.

Well, I will be bracing myself for the sadness then, but I'm really intrigued and can't wait for that:)

I feel a *tiny* bit sorry for George...it always sucks to realize what you had after it's too late. I can't believe Callie's parents gave Alex a car! Well, yes I can...it's a very Raph & Melana thing to do. Alex deserves a little good luck, but something tells me that the lie he told about his parents will come back to bite him in the ass ( ... )

I actually feel very sorry for George, too. There's an old Cinderella song that comes to mind 'Don't Know What You Got 'Til It's Gone'. I used to skate to that and now I've given my age away so lemme stop. :)

I didn't plan on the dinner scene, as you know. It just happened because it was Mel and Raph's last real scene and I wanted them to make it clear to Callie that Alex was fine with them and that they're not holding the divorce against her. And yeah, Alex has been pushing the truth, but not really being totally honest about much.

Callie doesn't mention the lunch with Louise. And she should have because it was a hot topic for Alex at the party.

Cam will so be back for Halloween. In costume. ;) mrowr.

You know, I was just writing Alex and Mark's conversation about them living so close together when you sent this. Alex *know*. Mark *gets* it. :)

And your Callex story better UN-roadblock before I have a nervous breakdown. if they're stuck in the bathroom why not let them do naughty things?

Oh I fully intend for something enjoyably filthy to happen between those two, but it's the getting them there that's posing the problem.

I'm on AIM if you wanna brainstorm. It helps break a block and I'll happily listen. :)

*smacks palm with the cattle prod and shocks herself senseless. "Yep, it's working."*

So I was totally unmotivated at work today and checked this site like a million times to see if anything was updated. Love that I had this to read once I got home.

I'm actually feeling bad for George (which I never thought would happen)! I think you almost made me cry when he and Callie were on the phone. AND the when Cam and Blake left...almost had me in tears.

Loved how Meredith and Cristina were with Izzie.

waiting patiently for more...:-D

I feel bad for George, too. He wants to be part of her life. Hopefully they'll get there.

Cam'll be back.

I was concerned about the Izzie parts. I'm glad you liked it.

Thank you!!!

Out of all this...George is the one I feel LEAST bad for!

It's good to see George try to make amends with Callie. I think given some time she'd like to be friends with him again. After all, Callie was madly in love with the dude. Alex should've told the truth about his parents. Even though him and Callie seem to be on solid ground, she probably still has trust issues from dealing with George's infidelity. Besides, no matter what his past is, he obviously made something out of himself. I don't think Raph and Mel would've been too judgmental after all he did for Callie. I'm glad Mark hasn't gone completely soft when it comes to Addison. And it's about time Izzie saw the light. Mere and even Cristina were way too forgiving of Izzie in my opinion, but they did call her out good over her Mean Girl behavior. There is some goodness left in Izzie, but her random acts of kindness are too few and far between...

She'll be friends with him. Shhhh, don't tell anyone, but Alex may not like it too much.

Alex's past will come to light and Callie will be hurt by his decision not to tell her and it goes from bad to worse from there.

I hope that I can bring Izzie out again. The Izzie of the olden days. Before she went batshit crazy. Poor girl.

Thanks for reading it.

With regard to Alex 'lying'...Hmmm, but Callie knows they were abusive 'coz that's already come up in a previous chapter...I think she could excuse him for not laying all that out for her parents! He doesn't even talk to her about it so he's hardly going to tell all to people who are practically strangers, over dinner, in a restaurant...

If she loses it at him I will NOT be happy!!!

Hehe, I am so invested in this story, it's kinda sad really!

Honestly, Shonda doesn't even hold a candle to you. I have a feeling she's going to let Izzie get away with her shit yet again and its so frustrating. Thank god I have this story to keep me sane.

A great chapter, as always (I'm a broken record ;P). The convo between Izzie, Mer, and Cristina was awesomely written and VERY true to the characters. I could hear their voices in my head. I didn't feel sorry for George (I never will again) but I'm glad he's getting a real clue. The Addison and Mark made me giggle as always.

Can't wait for more.

OH MY GOD! You just made my night with that comment about Shonda! Woot!

I have a feeling that she'll let Izzie get away with murder, too. She already has. I'm glad you think I stayed true to the characters. I wasn't sure. I'm a doubting Debbie. I literally rethink everything for ten minutes before I post it. LOL! :)

Thank you so much!!
