Hey, just FYI. When you do you your tags, can you just put commas between them and not semi-colons? For some reason, with the semi-colons, they aren't showing up once we approve them. I added them back in this time, but next time just use commas.

I love this and I can totally see Meredith running herself ragged trying to take care of everyone. She will be worried about Derek and Alex, plus Cristina with Owen and now Lexi on the verge of a nervous breakdown.

I think that this line sums everything up and I hope that it is the way that the show goes in the Fall:

"It was all wrong, she thought. Alex didn’t do fear, and Cristina didn’t do hand-holding, and Meredith Grey didn’t do families, especially not normal families like Derek’s, and she was sure that her alarm clock should have gone off hours ago, but there was still no end in sight to this particular nightmare."

Great story and characterization once again!

I love this story - I love anything that actually focuses on the friendships among the cast, which just don't get enough attention. And anything that examines the aftermath of that finale is good!
