There was actually a tie with two icons. I didn't want to eliminate 3 people so to decide the tie I added the positive votes to the negative ones (just for those 2 icons.)

Good job snowdrop03! People generally said that they loved the colors you used in the borders, it really worked well with the image.

Good job incripacu! I love the coloring and the small text in the corner. The colors are strong but they don't make his face look too red or purple. It's nice and simple but oh so pretty :)
