holy. shit.
My freshman year of college is almost over. I can't believe it. ........I have grown SO much over the past year. I love it. I have made a few more best friends, and its great.
I'm really proud and excited to see the seniors this year continue their education, because it sort of means we are all going into that next phase of life--the last stage before the real world. Hopefully we will all help each other out in certain situations if necessary, I know i'm always here for you guys if you need it.
Certain people were there for me when I needed it this year, so I just wanted to say thank you.
I guess what I've really learned in college (besides all the tons of academic stuff) is that you shouldn't be quick to judge people. It took me a good 2, 3 months in the begining of college to learn that. Once I did though, it opened up many more channels of communication, and I enjoyed life alot more. I also stopped living in the past. Things are changing. Times are changing. It's time to change. Try new things. Eat an eggplant. Go Rock Climbing. Whatever. Don't be afraid of the unknown.
It saddens me that I dont talk to some people at home as much as I want too--but I tell myself that myabe they're just too wrapped up in their lives, too busy. --I hope anyway.
I have had one of the best years of my life this past year, although it has been void of springfield kids, mostly. I'm very glad we get to make up for that in the summer ...which is 8 days away!
So prom is going to be happenings, and i'm excited to be a mom-like figure and be taking pictures! I'm sure you guys will look gorgeous!

I think what I wrote above there is from like, american eagle or abercrombie or something, but I really like it. It basically sums up what i want to do in my life.
Love it.
