Okay, folks. I'm lazy and my shoulder hurts, so here are my tweets for the past few days re: Comcast... (oldest first)

3 minutes shy of 10 he shows up. Argh. No signal in the cable; he's outside checking it now. 10:02 PM Jul 29th
So. Cable supposedly is now fixed, but the phone center is closed, so they won't send the signal until tomorrow am. 7 days, no TV. *sigh* 10:30 PM Jul 29th
Had to leave before 9am, so still no clue if working cable or not. We'd better have it when we get home, or there will be words... 10:00ish AM Jul 30
And if the whole issue was that the cable was disconnected outside, they LIED to us to make us switch to a service we didn't want. BBB again 10:00ish AM Jul 30
Couple more things to finish here, then food, then HOPEFULLY working cable... 6:30 PM Jul 30
So, on to today. We got home, and it's STILL not working. 8 nights with no TV now. BUT, we can see the on-screen bar that tells us what channel/what time/what's on. Yay! We can now tell what it is we can't watch!

The person I talked to THIS time thinks it's the box. So now we have to go in early AGAIN, to go to the payment center and swap for a new box AGAIN. ARGH!!!
