Argh. Shadows at work today, and not the black spikey type
So. The contractors for the new orders system are here today. They want to shadow one of us to see what we do. Oy. Guess who's going to be It.
At least I have a heap of orders TO do, but not being able to zip over and check my e-mail/work on fic between things when I'm waiting for the computer to update stuff will be a royal pain. And as the computer is running SLOW today, there will be plenty of times when I'm waiting for it to update.
*sigh*
And of course they turned off the air in the building over the weekend, and it's 78F in here right now. Since today's going to be around 100F, it's going to be fighting a losing battle to cool down all day... Ick.
