I'm looking for accessible sources on the California wine industry; especially the economics of small wineries. How do they sell wines? Do they have agents? How many bottles in a typical vintage? How do they compete with the large wineries? Where do they sell their products?
Also, does anyone have any suggestions for mapping a modern town? In particular I'd like to take a number of northern Santa Barbara Co. towns and blenderize them.
Any other (relevant) suggestions are welcome, as well.
