(no subject)
Hmmm so I don't remember what day I last updated... Perhaps it was Friday? Or Thursday? Hmmmm Oh well I'll just start with Thursday for the sake of documenting my whole trip here in New Jersey.
So on Thursday we had the rehearsal dinner... Now that I'm writing this im almost sure that I already wrote about this... so I'll skip it cause it is already boring me to write about.
Friday was a pretty neat day. I went to P- ( I don't remmeber what the first word is) Amboy with Aunt Marty, Corinne, Marissa and Dana. Its like this ghetto run down town but there were some pretty neat stores down there that were really cheap so that was cool! I got a crappy manicure (it already started chipping and it was kinda ugly... but I still liked it lol) and a pair of earrings. Then after we got back from there me, my mom, my dad (actually I'm not sure if he came..), Aunt Marty, Aunt Jean, Uncle Frank, Rosa (Yeah... actually my dad definitely didn't come), Terry, Frank, Dana went mini golfing and i DOMINATED. Actually I got a 67, the all time high score out of everyone, and lost terribly. In my defense I was wearing heels because Rosa told me I had to be sure I could walk in them because I was carrying the gifts the the altar in the wedding... and I can't walk in heels to save my life considering I rarely wear shoes. After mini golfing we went to get some free ice cream and Rosa pulled the old "does this smell funny to you?" trick and shoved ice cream in my face.. I can't believe I fell for it! Ad whats worse is I couldn't get her back because the wedding was tomorrow and i couldn't mess up her hair. But she WILL pay eventually.
Saturday I woke up early and got ready to go to Grandma's house to get ready for the wedding. Once I got there and put on my dress there was this whole bra fiasco and I needed clear straps to attach to my strapless bra, which I didn't have. Corinna said she might have clear straps at her house, so we got in the car and drove to her house. When we got there it turns out she couldn't find the straps so she found a new dress for me to wear. It was cute and I liked it more then mine because I had already worn mine to coronation so I wore it because I had the right bra for it. She also gave me shoes and a bag to match it so I was set. Then we went to the wedding, which was pretty good considering it was short. Then we went to pictures in the park in Springlake. Then we went to the reception which was in some hotel called Doolans. I convinced my mom to let Marissa stay with us because we were staying the night in the hotel after the reception.
The reception was really fun I've never had so much of my family drunk in one room before. After the reception we wanted to go swimming but the ool was closed. All the adults went to the hotel bar and the kids were supposed to go to sleep, but me and Marissa were wide awake and bored so we walked around the hotel and sat in this one room with Frank and Terry for a while. Then eventually we went back and went to sleep.
Sunday was the pig roast, which was pretty boring. My mom was dropping of Michelle and my dad at the airport so we were an hour and a half late to it, right in time for all the food to be set out. I was really scared to even look at the pig (A whole pig... face, tongue and all), so I had some spaghetti like stuff and a soda. Then basically my whole family got bored so we all left and went back to Grandma's. Me Marissa, Aunt Marty, Terry and Frank all decided to go to the beach even though it was kinda windy and cold, but we had fun in the water anyways. It was Frank's first time ever in an ocean, which pretty much suprised me alot. Then I went home to my other Grandma's and watched Phantom of the Opera (for the second time that day... Stephanie is obsessed with the phantom and thinks hes really hot... well half of him at least).
Today it is pouring rain and I'm really tempted to go play in the rain right now. Grandma bought dougnuts and coffee cake for breakfast.. yummmm. Me, Dana, Lindsay and Stephanie have been sitting aorudn watching movies all day. So far we watched 2 espisodes of The Nanny, 2Fast 2Furious, part of Sea Biscut, The Grudge and Kill Bill Vol 2. I'm sure I'll be watching more movies today. I just painted my nails pink and I;m not sure if I like them yet... I don't usually paint my nails. Basically everyone in this house (actually only the kids) is still in their pajamas...
Tonight we are supposed to be celebrating Krystens birthday with the whoolle family. Yay!
Tomorrow we are having a famiyl dinner with my mom's side of the family at Grandma's house.
Wednesday morning we are going out to breakfast with Aunt Jean and Frank.
Wednesday eveing we are going home! YAY!!!!
Sometime in there I want to go to a bookstore to buy some good book to read on the flight home.
Sometime today I want to take a shower.
I better see my -Marissa Terry Corinne- cousins before I leave on Wednesday.
I just realized that it is kind of confusing because I am referring to y two Grandma's throughout this whole little LJ entry and I don't specify which one I am referring to most of the time... Oh well at least I understand what I'm talking about.
Aunt Lisa, Uncle Mark and Marcello just got home. Time to go hang out with the fam...
