The House of Representatives is going to be voting on a bill to cut funding for "Plan Colombia". A plan that helps a corrupt far-right government in Colombia that got rich by producing cocaine, fight the cocaine trade. But the cash is mostly used to fund right wing death squads in their battle against left wing death squads. Each side is as evil, corrupt and violent as the other. It's been proven to be a failure but as we know, just because a plan is a horrible failure doesn't mean republicans won't fund it with our tax dollars. But they're willing to get in bed with the devil and waste our tax dollars to posture and pretend like they stand for something. E-mail your congressman and tell 'em to support the bill. Oh, and the republicans are bringing up terrorism again... Fucking unbelieveable.
