So, Jerry Springer has a show on the Liberal talk station down here in South Florida and to be honest, I wasn't quite sure what to think. On the one hand he's a public figure with lots of noteriety that will make people want to listen to his show out of curiosity. Unfortunately he's famous for "The Jerry Springer Show", the most low brow garbage on tv which is only rivaled by Fox News. The Jerry Springer Show was once pretty interesting when he talked about gun control, censorship, and helping morbidly obese people. It soon devolved into a steaming pile of shit, showcasing the worst of society to an audience of perverted morons. It's hard to believe that this is the same man who won seven local Emmy Awards for his political reporting and commentary. He's been a lifelong democrat and generally a pretty intelligent guy. But, then again, he got busted for paying a prostitute with a personal check... And then there's the matter "The Jerry Springer Show"... So, I'm not really sure what to think. Human beings are all flawed tho, so I guess I'll give him the benefit of a doubt. His radio show is allright, a bit generic but on a whole, ok. Apparently he doesn't screen his calls very well seeing as how the occasional screaming, raving conservative will get through. Now, there's no reasoning with these people. Intelligent conservatives that listen then rebut, conservatives that have facts and aren't totally blinded by ideoloby, those you can work with. Screamers, on the other hand, can not be reasoned with. They'll scream and yell, bouncing from one topic to another without letting anyone else get a word in. These people just want to vent on the nearest liberal by regurgitating the propaganda that's been spoonfed to them by our corporate masters and clergy. There's no reason to debate these people. No amount of proof, or logic will deter these people because they choose to believe instead of think. Damn, wasn't I talking about Jerry Springer before I went off on a tangent? Well, the Jury is still out on whether or not Jerry's affiliation with the Democratic party will help us or hurt us but at least there's another voice out there speaking the truth that this regeme doesn't want you to hear. In, other news, Brit Hume's hot coffee spilled on his lap this morning and the ghost of Franklyn D. Roosevelt was spotted leaving the scene. Ok, that didn't happen. But it probably should.
