Call Me When September is Done!
It has been a while. The first few weeks of school were busy with initial evals, regular IEP's, drama, and of course; homecoming. We did the rocket bit again (first time in two years) and everybody seemed to like it. I forgot to light the rocket lights just before launch (I spent $20 and a couple of hours wiring them up), but the spotlights, music and fog seemed to get everybody up. I drove the "staff float" again, my truck with a four by eight Mr. Goodbar in the back. The principal and his family rode in the back with four teachers tossing candy to our future clients. We lost the game (19/8 or something like that). Yearbook did a pie toss, I stood in for a few shots and really only got hit when Josh (former student) surprized me by coming around back. It was fun.
