My UberEats experience in Moscow

A week or so ago I decided to try UberEats to order food online.
Here's my experience. In short, it's one of the worst and confusing UI/UX systems I have encountered lately. May be the mobile app is better, but the site left very negative feelings.
Usually when you order a delivery (eg., in local Moscow’s Delivery Club or on restaurant web-sites), you check your address, then select venue (if using aggregator), then choose dishes. After that, you have to confirm your address before you place order. In UberEats, I entered street name and building number (to see nearby restaurants), then I chose one and made dish selection. Then, system didn't ask me for exact address (there are ~100 flats in my building) and immediately invoiced the order.
I decided to clarify the address to save time and sent a support ticket. Got reply "we don't exactly know, but you can call courier after he receives the prepared food".
An hour has passed. www.ubereats.com/orders page still had "The food is being cooked" status. I sent another query, got "Sorry, we're still looking for delivery person".
I have got my meals only in 1 h 45 mins after making order...

Moreover, I encountered quite a few additional issues:
- No timestamps in support chat.
- Can't view/continue previous support chat session after closing.
- (I was using PC for placing order and communication) All the time I was hearing notification chimes from my Android phone, but there were no actual notifications visible. Not even in Uber app. (I have only Uber app installed, not UberEats).
- There are no ratings/reviews for restaurants, nor the way to leave feedback! This alone almost places UberEats in “no-go” category, as other eaters’ feedback and reviews are usually the main indicator of venue’s food quality.
