The weather is so nice today
And I'm ok with the fact that I've spent the majority of the day inside/I've only been awake for about 3 hours.
I didn't go to bed until 4 something just because Yom Kippur merits staying up really late.
I thought taking a bike ride would lift my spirits, but it didn't. I failed to realize beforehand that I'm not sad or depressed, I'm just going on auto-pilot today.
However, I suppose I'm almost back down to zero for today (since I blew about 500 in one sitting alone), which admittedly does make me happy. That, and Kill Hannah. I love that band so much.
I'm really nervous about this week. I haven't thought about an audition piece for Dracula at all, so I'll probably just end up singing the National Anthem (ie I'll sound so boring that I'll probably get some lame side part because Meyers will think I lack creative drive). I could do something really out of the bucket and do My Fair Lady like I planned for Animal Crackers, but I think I need to sleep on that one. Not to mention I don't think I could even conceivably be ready for the first Forensics meet thing on Saturday, even if it is Readers' Theatre.
Last thought (I just realized how whiny this all sounds): I think I'm having an ugly day, so doing laundry and taking a shower before my "study date" with Daniel might be a good idea.
