I miss you Bert!!
The one thing I miss the most while being away from home is hanging out with my friends. I have only a few friends because I can't really trust people right away. My father used to say that I am an excellent judge of character. Usually myfirst instinct when I meet a person is the right one. My best friend Bert was my Best friends boyfriend at one time. He and I were a little rocky at first because I thought he was stealing my best friend away from me. You see my friend and I were best friends since pampers...I couldn't bear to live with out her. That's why it mattered so much to me losing her. When my father passed away it took everything in me not to give up on life because he was my life. Everything I did whether it was school, art, dance, or anything, was always with him in mind. But when he passed away Bert wrote me this beautiful letter that seemed to put bandages on the parts of my heart that were wounded. And I love him for that! Since then, he has become one of my best friends. When I am on the road or at home and I have a minute to sit and reflect on my day, he always is in my thoughts and in my heart. I thank God for my best girlfriend for being so smart in choosing him. But I also thank God for him because men like him don't come everyday. I have always said and will say again, With men like him... you can never say that there isn't such a thing as a happily ever after.Love you G5!!!!!!
