Hello, I've been a fan of g-defend for about a year or so (though it felt like since forever), but only just joined this community! :)
I started off reading english scanlations, and now the chinese ones because they're much faster and up-to-date (no offence, english scanlators! You do a really good job too and I'm sure we all appreciate it very much!).
For some reason, my most favourite pair is Uzaki and Maya. I guess that's kinda unusual, since they're not really the main characters! But I always squee when I see them together :D Of course, I really love Nishiwaki and the doctor! And Ishikawi/Iwase, Alek/Marti etc etc. Seriously, there are too many to list, they're all so lovable! (Haha I'm waiting impatiently for Omi/Kou to happen, anybody with me?)
Yup, so that's my intro :) I'd just like to ask around, any tips on learning Japanese online? Or other free methods? I want to try to start self-learning Japanese. Typically, how long will it take for me to learn the basics? (Though I think I'll only be free during the holidays :/)
Looking forward to Vol. 40 of G-Defend! :D (G-Defend should have a larger fanbase, seriously)
