I'm not even going to list the foods that I ate yesterday because they are exactly the same as the foods I have been eating for the last 3 days. I have lost all interest in food. I no longer have cravings for anything, and most of the time I just won't eat until I'm very hungry. I'd imagine that this is kind of how the body is supposed to react to food, instead of consant sugar/carb cravings leading you to eat before you are truly hungry. Kind of takes the joy out of eating though.
Feeling: Still pretty good. I have a good amount of energy, jumped right out of bed this morning at 7:30. My skin is beautiful, flawless. Not sure if it because of the lack of soy, sugar, or processed foods. Either way, I'll be cutting back on all three at the end of the week, so hopefully I can maintain the skin balance.
