There was this street festival thing the other day - loads of food stalls and music stages. The best was this amazing reggae/dub/ragga/JAMAICA sound system set up in a side street; the high walls on either side of the street created a massive bass womb. Every time the bass would kick in my vision would literally blur. Other highlights include a robot horse remote controlled by this dude in a vintage engineer's outfit. Also there was a cocktail bar towed by a vespa:

Played a 5-hour odyssey of croquet at Magdalen college, which is quite popular with the tourists. They were very enthusiastic about our game. This was probably the most extensively spectated sporting event I have ever taken part in.
