Clearest Nuke Dream So Far
So I've dreamed about the boys/show about...four or five times, I think; but this morning's dream was the most vivid and detailed out of all the ones I've had.
The dream started with Luke at Raven Lake (I know it was Raven Lake because of the scenery) where he finds his friend murdered. The friend wasn't a canon character; in fact he looked kinda like a cartoon of that guy who plays Schrader in "Accepted" with blood running in a jagged line (heh, lightning-shaped scar) down his forehead.
I don't think it was flat-out stated, but it was understood that this was someone torturing Luke (instead of just queer-bashing Luke, they were targetting his loved ones first) and so his family was battened down at the farm, which was set deeper into the woods than it is on the show.
Noah pops into the dream at this point, and it gets a bit fuzzy here, but I think it was just they meet, and fall in love in secret (because for Noah's safety, NOBODY CAN KNOW OMG).
Another dream inserted itself here in it's totally off-topic way: the entire ATWT cast was in the bleachers of like a high-school football field for a cast photo, and the actors who play Margo and Tom currently were being all schmoopy and making-out. I remember thinking it was okay because they're married in real life, and then realizing that the actors that played Margo and Tom in the 70s were the ones that got married, and thus was more confused.
The dream went back to the original story at this point, and Jade returned from visiting Rose's foster father, Joe. Jade became the next target of Luke's torturer, but she managed to escape. This part didn't exactly play itself out for my benefit, but at this point I think they figured out who was behind the attacks.
It turned out to be some OC football player named Dylan, and at some practice Luke attacks him. I think Luke was like a water boy or an alternate player for the team, because the coach drags him off Dylan and sets him on the bench with a stern warning. Then all of a sudden that song "How Do I Get You Alone?" blasts over the field's loudspeakers, and Luke starts walking to the gate--singing along--where Noah is entering. I think the point was to piss off/provoke Dylan, so he would attack them and the police, who were waiting, would see that Dylan's the murderous homophobe. The dream ended at that point because I woke up.
I'm...not sure if this is too crack-ish to become a fic. Would anyone like it as a prompt?

EDIT: G informs me that "How Do I Get You Alone?" was playing on the radio this morning while I was still asleep and that's why it was in my dream. (That's happened to me before; while we were waiting for Kayleigh--our niece--to be born, I fell asleep listening to my mp3 player and dreamt about singing "Louder Than Words" from tick...tick...BOOM and "You Can't Stop the Beat" from Hairspray, because they were the last two songs in the cabaret I was directing.)
