And Noah Manages to Incite World-Wide Fangirl 'Sploding With One Sentence - Today's Recap, 11/5/09
Noah to Luke: "You're my guy." *SQUEE OF EPIC PROPORTIONS!!!*
Okay, let's start with the boys, since it's been so damn long since we've had any sort of anything to talk about with them!
I have to say, I'm loving Noah to bits right now. I know he's a little clueless about what's going on with Mason and Luke (God bless Noah for being so innocent all the damn time), but when it comes to Luke, he totally just calls him on things. We've seen it before. When Noah came back from L.A. and Luke was less than thrilled that he didn't get to pick him up from the airport, Noah called him on it right away and they talked it through. Today was the same thing. Luke showed up at Yo's and Noah immediately called him on his bad mood (though I don't blame Luke for feeling how he was feeling, and honestly, we've seen Luke be much more cranky about things than he was today). I just like seeing that the boys are so comfortable with each other that they just spit it out and get it over with. Yay Boys!
And also, Noah is so frikking head-over-heels for Luke right now. Noah practically doesn't even see anyone else. There's only Luke for him, and I'm loving the crap out of that right now! I miss their sweetness and Noah's bringing it back! (AHAHA okay, I just had a Justin Timberlake "Sexy Back" image flash through my head with Noah in the title role. LOL.)
But Mason! You son of a bitch! :-P Gotta say, I'm loving the tension between Luke and Mason right now. Oh my. I'm gobbling it up like a girl starved. Luke's comment about "the kiss at the end" being "pathetic" was so GREAT. Haha, stick it to him, Luke! And YES, THANK YOU Luke for pointing out the one very OBVIOUS glitch with Mason's whole "Game On" idea - does Noah know about this whole delusion Mason is indulging himself in? And Mason gave the PERFECT answer back - "Noah's a big boy and can make his own decisions." UM, PRECISELY. I'm pretty sure Noah's already made his choice. Luke. There's a reason why they've been together for over two years. Oh, and Mason? Luke and Noah have a history that you can't even begin to guess at!
Anyway, that being said, I still don't hate Mason. In fact, I think I might like him even more now, just for the sheer ridiculousness of his character's actions. And for the pissing contest that's about to ensue between him and Luke. Quick! Somebody get Noah a raincoat before Luke and Mason race to mark their territory! HAHAHAHAHA.
And as a side note, to Mason I say "LOW BLOW!" when he said the whole thing about Luke's fancy clothes and last name. Don't be bitter 'cause Luke's hott as shit and rolling in the dough! So I guess this means that Mason did influence Noah's film with the whole rich-kid-money-issue thing? Bah. That's kinda childish. If I were Luke, I'd seriously just laugh in Mason's face. Right in his face! And then maybe tell him to suck it.
Okay, now on to Holden and Lily. For some reason, their divorce or annullment or whatever it is, is not bothering me. I can't blame Holden for how he's been feeling. Of course, I'm hoping that this separation won't be permanent, but I think it's a neat direction for the show to take. Holden was very sweet today, even if he was breaking Lily's heart. And his little scene with Luke was great, too. Holden never holds back on the support of Luke and Noah. He always lets Luke know that he's behind him 100%, and I love that about him!
But what was up with Meg and Damian?! I'm really confused as to what the hell went on with them. Meg is so weird right now; I'm having a hard time connecting with whatever she's trying to plan. Is she trying to get back with Damian? (I guess that's the dumbest question ever asked, huh?) She's so creepy right now! And what was with that kiss? Damian didn't look like he was being forced into it! WTH?!
And why isn't Meg PISSED about finding out that Damian lied about her BROTHER'S death?! Um, hello?!
And speaking of psychos, Carly! Not that I think she's a psycho - I don't. But I have a feeling she's about to go apeshit on Craig's ass about his affair with Rosanna. It's kinda funny, though, 'cause she was all "When were you going to tell me about this?!" but if she stopped to think about it, she might have realized that Craig had just been trying to tell her about it! Sheesh! :-) Angry!Carly makes her first appearance since before her stint in rehab. :-)
And Jack in the previews! *SOB* Jack! Don't hurt yourself. It's not your fault! And Janet basically telling Carly to go piss up a rope when she came to pump Janet for info on Craig was pretty damn good! I don't blame Janet for saying that. So tomorrow should be interesting (though I'm already going through Nuke withdrawal. No fair. We need them on four days a week now!).
