Yay positivity! Yay us!

I donated to Doctors Without Borders in honor of Reid and ESS last week, and this week the campaign hit over $20,000!

YAY!

I'm telling you...I'm broke-ass poor and I'm clinging to every penny I've got right now, but handing over my hard-earned money to this awesome campaign - especially in Eric's name - was the BEST feeling I've had in a VERY long time. It feels really amazing to know I helped out in my very small way. :-D

Oh, and Eric left this awesome message about it all:

I'm amazed by and extremely grateful for this movement to raise money for Doctors Without Borders. The fact that the initial goal was surpassed in such a brief time, and the amended goal accomplished in an equally brief time, is a testament to the strength and generosity and good spirit of thi...s group working together. I know that the point of the movement was to work together to channel collective energies and emotions for a good cause at the end of this chapter, and I'm humbled and moved that it was done in my name. My very best wishes to all. Eric Sheffer Stevens

WHEE!
