Henry Coleman on the Rampage! - Today's Recap, 7/19/10
I really enjoyed today's episode!
News about Vienna spread like WILDFIRE, though! Holy crap!
And Will remains my hero for the moment, with Henry coming in right beside him. I'm actually really glad that everyone found everything out super quickly today, because it saved a lot of people (including us) from having to go through a whole lotta junk we wouldn't have enjoyed.
Okay, so Will and Henry are on the hunt for Barbara. Will is running around interrogating everyone and not taking no for an answer. Henry was very busy trying to throttle the truth out of Vienna (who kept weeping and insisting that she did it all for love *kicks her*). Margo got all the deets she could from Katie. And Katie is trying very hard to make it all up to Henry, who is not forgiving her easily. :-(
Meanwhile, Kim puts Chris over her knee for being a dunderhead (in her opinion :-)) with Katie - keeping Katie's secrets and all that instead of thinking about Barbara, who's family. Wait till Kim finds out that Chris helped Katie falsify Vienna's medical records! The shit's really going to hit the Hughes fan when that happens! Chris is genuinely concerned for Katie and has called her umpteen times, but Katie decides not to call him back for fear of roping him into everything (even though he's already roped into it).
In other words? EVERYTHING IS A BIG HOT MESS.
But at least Will and Gwen were able to connect the dots (pretty much, anyway) about Barbara's disappearance. And Henry and Will had a conversation in which Will gave Henry the third degree and Henry ended up telling him that he's IN LOVE WITH BARBARA. YAYS!!!! Hee. Will was kinda flabbergasted at Henry's admission, but he believes him. And Henry also told Katie the same, and she said she didn't know it was for real. Henry said he didn't know it either until it was too late. :-(
I swear, these two better be friends again before the show ends. I won't be happy if they're not back to being BFFs after all this. Vienna isn't worth them being split apart forever.
And speaking of her, Vienna spent most of her day running around in a sheet from the Lakeview Spa. She cornered Casey at Memorial and tried to get him to help her escape, but luckily Ali was able to fill Casey in all the whole ordeal and Margo showed up just in the nick of time for Casey to spill the beans on Vienna's whereabouts. But when Margo went into the room to find Vienna, she was gone. Her sheet was there, but her nekkid body was not. :-P
And Casey was frakkin' AODRABLE today. He was so cute with Hallie and the ice cream! *_* And then he kissed Ali before he went back to work! DOUBLE YAYS!!!! I heart Casey muchly, and he and Ali are back to being super sweet together. Me likey a LOT!
But! Monkey wrench, thy name is Iris. Will and Gwen go back to Barbara's room at the Lakeview and smell Barbara's perfume, only to find out that Iris is back in town (and apparently has a fetish with Barbara's scent :-P). I know next to nothing about Iris other than she's Gwen's mother and Carly's stepmom, but general consensus is that she is not a nice lady and not too many people are going to be thrilled that she's back in Oakdale. And from tomorrow's preview, I'm inclined to believe that.
Also? Tomorrow looks like a BIG HOT MESS as well. Holden gets a bug up the arse about Lily and Craig's romp in NYC, Lily spills her guts to Carly about Holden (um, awkward, since Carly's cousin is the one marrying Holden), and Carly finds out about Craig spending the night with Lily and makes another one of those "I'm gonna puke" faces that I adore. But this episode has exhausted me already! Hang on to your butts tomorrow, folks! :-P
Today was REALLY good. If you want to see Henry rock in all aspects imaginable (except with Katie, even though it's understandable) then definitely watch! :-D
