Dude, we feel your pain but it's time to move on. Either that or just shut down at work until you reach full vesting. By the time they fire you you'll be vest. And after you quit caring work is much less stressful :)

Better yet, transfer to another division where you're way happier and don't lose the vestment that's coming your way.

Working on that. But a position I'm interested in I'm told won't become available until late July at the soonest.
