hello 4 years and 9 months lover!
Today, Ken and I are celebrating our 4th year and 9 month together. We didn't really celebrate like how we usually do over the past years, but the hell? We don't really care care how big or small the celebration is. What's important is we have each other and that is the reason why we call it our special day.
I didn't really expect Ken to travel all the way to mall of asia to pick me up from work, but he did. We headed back to Las Pinas and had a simple persian dinner at "Miraj". Ken was not feeling ok and neither do I. It was the first time I felt sleepy as I eat. IMAGINE?
Anyway, I ordered my favorite chicken curry rice (not the usual chicken curry you know of FYI! haha) and ox brain on the side while ken ordered shawarma and shawarma rice (a little too redundant of a meal... hmm..) We also ordered beef and chips on the side. It was indeed a hearty meal that made us say, "What to do without Miraj?".
After dinner, we headed home and just slept. We woke up Sunday morning, which is today, not feeling ok. Ken had fever so I had to take care of him until his temperature was normal. Our "quality time" was quite short and brief but it's fine, really.
And eventhough we weren't able to watch a movie or go on a romantic date, I'm just as thankful that I still have him.
