Aside from Radar shutting down, isn't this not really a big deal because of the dearth of theater space in Manhattan?

oh - I was just reading the depressing news of the day on Gawker and these things were all included.

Usually B'way shows wouldn't be such a huge deal but the fact these were three were all successful shows I have heard of (Hairspray, Spamalot, Spring Awakening) and at the same time seemed scary.
