A proper update
I planned on updating yesterday, but I was busy all day with Avon stuff, so I didn't.
Herman wasn't able to take pictures of the eclipse the other night. The glare off the windows interfered. Then there was the whole issue of the shutter speed having to be manually adjusted. It just wasn't working.
In other news, I heard back from the sleep clinic. I honestly wasn't expecting to, but I did. They want me to come in for a consultation. In May. It was originally June, but I asked if they could possibly get anything sooner. So now the appointment is for May. I am on the cancellation list though. Clearly, it is nothing serious, but they don't bring you in just to tell you they didn't find anything. They ignore the 'normal' people, and we all know I'm far from normal. ;)
I've also been fitted for orthotics, to correct a problem with the way I walk. The theory is, this will alleviate the tension in my shoulders, since foot problems do tend to affect the whole body. I'm hopeful, since they are a little pricey and not fully covered on the insurance plan.
On a completely random note, they seem to be starting to put up the fence around our property. Yes...in FEBRUARY! I'm not sure why they think it;s a good idea to start this in the middle of winter. One would think the snow would be a slight deterrent. But, I'm sure they have their reasons. (I just can't figure out what they are.)
I don't have a lot else to say, which is why I haven't been updating just lately. Life just simply is. Neither good nor bad. It just is.
I'm waiting for my Avon order to come in.
It used to come before 10am. It got later and later after Christmas, and now it is almost 3pm and it still isn't here. I have to leave in 10 minutes, so this is very not good!
I have a feeling it will be on the front porch half frozen when I get home. :P
