so glad to have power back...
beause of fucking Frances, that never hit us, we lost power. we have storms way better *well, most would say worse...* than that and we lost power for three days. no running water either. now i know how robyn and zack lived for all those weeks. but at least y'all had water. we didnt. we were collecting rain water and using that...rain water tastes SO good. i no longer want to drink culligan, im going straight up rain water...anyways...we werent able to take showers for those three days. think of it...four people who hate each other all hot and very sticky and very irritable for three fucking days....not fun...aunt susan got power back two days before, so we went over to her house for showers...oh being clean, and in clean clothes, and in air conditioning felt so good...mom left for work and aunt susan took us all out for dinner...so me, my little brother, cousin amber, cousin stephan (age 6), cousin mathew (age 4), uncle alan, aunt susan, and my grandmother all went to sonny's...im not really a big one for meat *i just dont like it very much...and the whole red meat intolerant thing* but i actually liked my sliced pork...maybe its just that i hadnt eaten anything decent in forever...anyways, i spent the night at my aunts house...its a really big, really nice new house, and i felt like such a redneck because i live in a little cracker house...wow, gothic redneck...anyways...but i came home this morning, to find such a relief...ELECTRICITY!!!!...its the best stuff in the world right now...but that sucky thing is, the house smells horrible because all the food in the freazers/fridge rotted. i'll get over it...i have to clean my room, but hopefully after thats done, i can go see my darling Nikki. ^_^
