Motivation
I have two papers, a presentation, and my normal homework all do this week. For some reason I can not get my ass into gear. I even blew off class today (I had the time and nothing important was being covered) so I could give all of this the time it needs and I ended up spending most of the day re-reading the material 100s of times without it sinking in or I'd start writing and realize that my head isn't in it so I'd end up with half a page of shit. I have my ADD moments just like everyone else but this is fucking ridiculous.
I finally managed to get the longer of the two papers done but I still need to do some research and write the second, prepare the presentation, and bang out the math homework. The math will be easy. The paper is being a bitch because it's comparing two poems that seem to have nothing in common and I need at least 3 other sources to back my comparison up. The paper may only be two pages but it's hard to write even a one page comparison when the poems have zero in common. The presentation wouldn't be too bad (even though it's public speaking *shudder*), as it's only 5-10 minutes, if only the subject matter made sense. I try to have respect for all faiths but the Tao Te Ching makes no fucking sense!
