Sherlock......bwah
It's eating my life....
I'm going all crazy Holmsian... although tried to watch the 80's series on PBS earlier tonight and wanted to weep (nearly went and rewatched first eppy just to get it out of my head.)
My trench also made me far, far too happy last evening.
Furthermore, I've discovered playing "detective" at work is ten times more enjoyable then usual. Also helps me get through the day better, and notice things that may come in quite handy acting wise.
Take for example: the lady who was in a pissy mode. She had nice clothes, but her under shirt was slightly fady/peeling... you wouldn't have noticed if you weren't looking. Her jewelry and purse "looked" high end- her hair was neatly done... obviously wearing a tad too much foundation. Further more her nails weren't filled- it was hard to notice, but I got a good glance.
Wedding ring was on, but slightly tarnished- not cleaned in a while but it look like she did remove it regularly.
Both her sons were with her, obviously not use to shopping with them, sons dressed nearly more stylish then her. Obviously hit by the current recession, likely lost some finances and is cutting back. Upset that she had to go shopping with the kids.

On another note.... may have my second ever yaoi fic for Conan ready to post soon. Completely blamed on Sherlock. For that matter, when it does get posted, kudos to anyone who gets all the "someone's been reading too many Sherlock fics" because it's damn near impossible to write it otherwise.
But oh goodness Hakuba is soooooo much easier to write when you're high off of British detectives.
