Oh man, why did you have to post this today? now I'm going to hunt down favourites everywhere instead of writing the freakin' epilogue to that Hetalia/DW fic I'm supposed to be working on.

ANYWAY. ONWARDS.

Doctor Who:

Suture, by mercurial_wit. Not quite sure if it's Nine/Rose/Jack or just Nine gen or even Trio friendship, but it's bloody awesome.

Like a Ruthless Force, also by mercurial_wit. On Lucy Saxon, and it's chilling. Seriously, everything that author wrote on DW is worth a read.

In Another Life, by copperbadge. Ten II/Rose, and really quite lovely.

.... ahahahah actually EVERYTHING Copperbadge has ever written deserves to be on this. Another favourite, though: The Gift Of The Mad Guy, wherein Ten happens in the middle of a desert en route towards Bethlehem. Well, one kind of Bethlehem, anyway. <3

And a vid that never, ever fails to warm my heart: Everything's Not Lost. /flail <3

Sherlock:

More Copperbadge, yes you can has: It's Not The Violin. Sherlock plays Lady GaGa on the violin. No, I'm not kidding. And it works.

The Rebel And His Cause, one of the endless Sherlock/Who crossovers out there, where Sherlock and John meet during the Year That Never Was.

the art of scheduling, or, how mycroft came to realize he was well and truly fucked: Exactly what it says on the tin.

Also, if you have to read two Sherlock/John fics in your life, I'd say those: Space Travel, by candle_beck, and The Death and Resurrection of the English Language, by wordstrings. There are others (dear god, are there others) but these two are forever favourites. Because, just. Yes.

Some art, for that matter: this, and its sequel here, wherein They Are Babies. And it's adorable.

As for vids, I've saved up some too, starting with Us Against The World (S/J <3), A Study In Time (Sherlock/Who crossover, which fits. Splendidly.) and Down The Rabbit Hole, one of the first I watched, and still very much a favourite.

... UH, YEAH. THAT'S IT FOR NOW. /returns to writing

Teeeheee its okay, I'm suppose to be writing too- or doing a dozen other things.

*Runs after recs*

Yeah I saw some fantastic fanvids for Sherlock which is what sparked this (one a dw cross over er... actually it was a study in time XP good to know that one is just that popular) But yeah ASIT was what got me going on this.

I'm hoping something eventually sparks plunnies... cuz other wise I'm gonna end up writing Haku/Kaito and my Aoko/Kaito sides going to be flailing like crazy XP

Def think you should continue writing though XP
