Talk about slow on the uptake....

I was watching Pirates of Dark Waters... cuz its just that awesome... what with the cheeziness, and terrible names, and shady animation- but its still like awesome...

And the girl Tula made me go "okay that voice... Not Enchanted... right definetly more like Thumbalina... which means Ariel!! Has to be... no way it couldnt'!!"

So I go to look it up

And first thing listed is "Enchanted" but instead the character "Sam"

And I blink

And go who on earth was "Sam?"

Oh look! It was the receptionist lady during the scene with the fish and what not...

And then I frown and go "but I REALLY though thtat was the voice of-" and I look below at credits and go... "Ariel..........."

And suddenly the joke about the music in the receptionist's area being "Under the Sea" just got a hundred times more hilarious-

Somehow I also found it remarkably amusing that they had Ariel's voice actress playing a roll to send Giselle home... especially since I would have NEVER recognized her... or thought to recognize her... and I would've never thought to think "Oh I wonder what else the receptionist has played in?"
