(no subject)
i have so much i want to do over break. i wonder how much of it is actually going to get done.
1.clean my room.
2. clean chachis room.
beacuase his room makes mine smell like a petting zoo.
3. clean the house.
4. get my oil changed.
5. finish the darkroom.-----its really scurry up there so i dont know how much of that im going to get done. and im lazy. but i reallly want to so maybe i will do it.
6. read. alot.
7. turn the heat up to 72 and sleep in angelos bed .... naked.
8. just kidding. the heats been on 65 i think.
9. take a ton of photographs and not sit in my house and become a vegetable.
10. hope that my grandparents visit by the time im done with these trees.
yesterday i started the wedding pictures. it was the first time i touched them since ..... june? july? im an idiot. i could have had these done last summer. but instead i figured that id have time to do it throughout the school year and theyd come out better. i dont know if they came out any better. they were much harder negatives to print off of because the exposures were way off. or the development.
this kiss picture of them kissing, took 3 minutes with a 0 filter. 3 minutes! with another minute burn on the edges because there was fall off on all my negatives. dumb enlarger. so thats 4 minutes. i would have done another one but they were kind of rushing me out. i was either the last one in the darkrooms or the second to last one. that makes me feel special.
thats partially why i want to finish the darkroom. so i can finish the wedding pictures. and for personal crap.
i am happy with the pictures though, i think they will like them.
and in printing i sort of realized that there happyness they may more may not get when they look at the pictures, and me making and documenting this time in their lifes is much more important than the money they gave me or are going to send me after i send the pictures.
but i think theyll like them. alot.
