No Idol visit this time? I only now noticed that Idol is pretty much done this year. Granted the show isn't what it used to be so the gain for Adam wouldn't have been that much, and Adam is super busy, but he's been there every year since his own season and it would really have been nice.

he probably could have done a performance if he wanted to and it fit the plan - so i'm guessing it didn't. he already was a guest judge.

well he was on as a guest judge. so he's still been on the show in some capacity every year since season 8. i don't think there's any other former contestant who has done that.
