yesterday my neighbor Karl was telling me about some interesting Firefox extensions, 2 of which I've yet to play with.. the Google Customizer and the Adblock Filterset.G updater. I went ahead and checked them out and installed them in my Firefox, and while I was poking around Firefox's extension website listings, I found this:
How to use Copy as HTML Link
Yeah.. I used this extension to copy some text from the web page and 'copy as an html link', then pasted above and this lovely little extension copied the url for me as well as the text and embedded the text in a href tags complete with the link to the url. ooooooooh will THIS be handy!
